Where we work
Service areas
We work out of Nanaimo. South of the city we cover Cedar, Ladysmith and Chemainus; to the north, Lantzville, Nanoose Bay, Parksville and Qualicum Beach along the water, with Coombs and Errington on the rural side, back from the coast.
Nanaimo
Strait wind on the north shore, fir needles under Mount Benson, tall back walls on the slopes: we clear Nanaimo gutters for the spot each house actually sits in.

Bigger lots mean taller trees, more roofs and longer downspout runs. We clear the house, the garage and the shop, and follow the water off each one.
Read more →Nanoose Bay
View homes on coves and points take the Strait's wind on their tallest walls. We clear those gutters and check the fixings that salt air works on first.
Read more →Parksville
Dry summers fill Parksville gutters quietly; the first big fall rain finds every blockage at once. We clear them first, so nobody in the house has to climb.
Read more →Qualicum Beach
A town that keeps its big trees keeps its gutters busy. We clear them under fir and cedar, go gently on older runs, and do the climbing for you.
Read more →Cedar
Acreage homes under tall fir and cedar, shops and garages with their own gutters, and houses on the water. We clear every roof on the property.
Read more →Chemainus
Old Town mill houses, homes backing onto Askew Creek's forest and bigger lots out by Fuller Lake each fill their gutters differently. We clean all three.
Read more →Coombs
Inland acreage, tall trees on every side and barns with gutters of their own. We clear the house and the outbuildings and haul every bag of debris away.
Read more →Errington
Shops and barns with long gutter runs, metal roofs that shed snow and branches, and houses deep in the trees. We clean them, fix them and fit guards.
Read more →Ladysmith
Old coal-town houses with patched gutters, false-front buildings on First Avenue and homes near the inland forest trails. We clean, repair and fit guards.
